What Dance Means to Me

For me, dance and art are the most natural and profound ways to express myself. It is the language in which I feel most free to communicate—not with words, but through movement, emotion, and the body.
Through dance, I can convey feelings, share experiences, express thoughts, and voice opinions—even those difficult to say aloud.
It is my way to impact, connect, and bring people together, because movement is a universal language that speaks to everyone’s heart.
